Our Warranty Transfer Request allows eligible homeowners to transfer an existing EverDry service warranty to a new owner, ensuring continued protection against basement water intrusion and foundation issues.
This online warranty transfer request is only valid for service warranties currently maintained by EverDry Waterproofing of Michiana in South Bend, Indiana. If your warranty is serviced by another EverDry location, please contact that office directly for assistance.
Our transferable warranty is designed to provide long-term peace of mind. When properly maintained, the EverDry Waterproofing of Michiana warranty may be transferred to each successive homeowner for the life of the home.
To remain eligible for transfer:
EverDry must be notified of the change in ownership
The annual service renewal agreement must be current
The property must have been waterproofed and/or repaired by EverDry Waterproofing of Michiana
Once approved, the new homeowner assumes the rights, responsibilities, and benefits of the existing warranty.
