Serving the same community from the same building for over 30 years. Family-owned since 1993
Every one of our complete waterproofing and foundation systems is protected for the life of the home.
Selling your property? Your warranty goes with it. That's real, measurable resale value at the inspection table.
No call centers. No third-party administrators. The same Michiana family backs every warranty we write.
Anyone can print “Lifetime Warranty” on a flyer. What matters is who’s left standing when you need to use it. Foundation repair and basement waterproofing are major investments — and the warranty is what protects that investment for decades to come.
We’re a full-service waterproofing company, which means different homes get different solutions — and different solutions carry different warranty terms. What’s consistent across all of them is the company behind the promise: every complete EverDry system is built to perform for the lifetime of your home, and our basement waterproofing warranty is built to match.
That coverage means if water finds its way back through a treated wall or floor, we come back. We repair. That’s the deal — and it’s been the deal since 1993.
Every EverDry solution carries its own warranty terms. Here’s what’s protected:

Jim Glick came out to assess our basement and he was fantastic. He took the time to throughly assess moisture, and elaborately explain the findings as well as options to solve the moisture in our basement. We’re taking a beat to think over how to proceed but will definitely move forward with securing our home.Posted on Google Justin HendersonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I was very pleased with the inspection process done by Jake Thompson and his regional manager Fred Bedford. From start to finish the inspection was informative, thorough, and very professional. They both did an awesome job of answering questions as well as making sure if we had questions. I appreciated the honesty and attention of detail throughout the process and how well they broke down all the details to make things easier to understand. I highly recommend Everdry for anyone looking for a trustworthy and knowledgeable company!Posted on Google Shandi HamblinTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Good so far!!!Posted on Google Jonathon MccoyTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Scott came out and thoroughly inspected our crawl space to address some standing water issues. Right from the start, I could tell EverDry is extremely thorough in both their inspections and recommendations. I was genuinely blown away by the amount of information and detail I received compared to another company who had previously inspected the space. Scott walked me through everything, showed me exactly what was causing the issues, and explained step-by-step what the solution process would look like. The transparency and professionalism were top-notch. After this experience, I wouldn’t trust any other company besides EverDry. Foundation work and basement waterproofing show up on every home inspection report. A bowing wall, a wet basement, or a visible repair without documentation can knock thousands off your sale price — or kill the deal entirely.
A documented EverDry warranty does the opposite. It tells the buyer the work was done by a 30-year local company and that the protection continues under the new ownership. That’s resale value you can point to.
If you’re selling your home or just bought a property previously serviced by EverDry, we’ll guide you through the transfer process.
Most large home services companies today are owned by national rollups or private equity. They look local, but the warranty is administered out of state, the call center is in another time zone, and the technician who shows up wasn’t around when the work was first done.
EverDry Waterproofing of Michiana is different. We’ve been at 4647 W. Cleveland Road since 1993. The same family owns it. The same office honors every basement waterproofing warranty we write. The same crews install the work. When you call about a job from 15 years ago, you’re not transferred — you’re answered.
That’s what locally backed actually means.
Our lifetime warranty covers our complete waterproofing and foundation systems — including the Multi-Step Waterproofing System, Stabl-Wall™ Wall Reinforcement, Durashield™ Condensation Control, and Interior Drains — for the life of your home. Coverage includes the labor and materials needed for any warrantied repair.
The warranty transfers to the new owner for the lifetime of the home. You'll need to notify EverDry in writing and complete the Homeowners Transferable Warranty & Service Agreement form. EverDry verifies the information and confirms the transfer to both owners in writing.
Call our office at 574-272-3788 or use the contact form on our website. We'll schedule a service visit and address any covered issue under the terms of your warranty.
Sump pumps and other electric-powered components depend on your home's electrical supply, which is outside our control. If a power outage causes a pump to stop working, that specific event isn't covered — which is exactly why we recommend pairing every sump pump with a battery backup system. That way your basement stays protected even when the power goes out.
Our complete waterproofing and foundation systems are covered for the life of your home. That includes the Multi-Step Basement Waterproofing System, Stabl-Wall™ Wall Reinforcement, Durashield™ Condensation Control, and Interior Drains. Other components like sump pumps, pressure relief pumps, and the EZ Breathe® Ventilation System carry their own warranty periods. Either way, the protection is backed by the same family that's been operating in South Bend since 1993.
Yes. Our warranty stays with the home, not just the original buyer. When you sell your property, the new owner inherits the same lifetime protection — making the warranty a real asset at the inspection table and a strong argument for resale value. The transfer process is simple and we walk both parties through it.
